THE RECLAIM METHOD™

STEP 01
Recognize

Before anything can change, you need to understand what you're working with. In this first phase, you'll identify your primary response to nervous system dysregulation - whether you tend toward hyperarousal or hypoarousal - and the specific survival patterns shaping your decisions, behaviors, and results. Are you a fighter, a fleer, a fawner, a freezer, or a flopper? Or some combination of all of the above? Here, you'll finally see your patterns clearly - and without shame.

STEP 02
Reset

Your nervous system is a sensory system first. And if you're a high-achieving woman, there's a good chance you've spent years overriding its signals just to keep performing. In this step, you'll learn to listen to your body again - and to send it physical signals of safety that shift you out of fight-or-flight (sympathetic) mode and into rest-and-digest (parasympathetic) mode. These are acute, in-the-moment regulation tools rooted in polyvagal theory - designed to expand your window of tolerance so you can stay outside your comfort zone for longer, swing bigger, and make bolder moves without your nervous system pulling you back to familiar ground.

PHASE 03
REWIRE

Most people assume they're stuck because of a trauma response. And while trauma is absolutely one cause of nervous system dysregulation, it's far from the only one. This is where the work gets truly holistic. Together, we'll look at every factor that could be keeping your nervous system stuck - biological, psychological, environmental, and behavioral - and build a personalized toolkit of tangible changes across all four areas. This isn't about staying in the past or revisiting what happened. It's about addressing chronic dysregulation at the root so your nervous system can build new defaults, increase your window of tolerance, and stop keeping you stuck in survival mode any longer than necessary.

PHASE 04
REDEFINE

With survival mode no longer running the show, it's time to get clear on who you actually want to become - and what you want to create. In this phase, we reverse engineer the most successful, fulfilled version of you. We identify her beliefs, her decisions, her behaviors, and her way of moving through the world. Because the results you want already exist in the version of you who has them - and to create them, you need to become her first.

PHASE 05
REHEARSE

Now we practice being her - mentally and physically. You'll start thinking like her, showing up like her, and making decisions from her nervous system, not your old one. Through subconscious reprogramming and somatic release, we do the real-time work required as you reach each new level - because new levels bring new devils, and your nervous system needs to be ready to meet them. This is where your new identity stops being a concept and starts becoming embodied.

PHASE 06
RISE

This is where you get to experience next-level growth in action - and recalibrate your nervous system to hold it. Because reaching your next level is one thing. Staying there is another. I support you to ensure that what you create isn't held temporarily but permanently - so you don't give up what you've worked for simply because your nervous system can't yet tolerate the discomfort of having it. And then, once you're holding it, we expand your capacity further. Because one of the most fascinating things that happens when women reach a goal they once thought was ridiculous or impossible is that their dreams get bigger. WHY YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM MIGHT BE STUCK



There are a number of well-researched reasons why the nervous system gets stuck in survival mode - and trauma is just one of them. Understanding what's actually driving your dysregulation is the first step to addressing it at the root.

Biological
Influences


Your genetics and epigenetics play a significant role in how your nervous system responds to stress. Some women are simply more predisposed to dysregulation based on traits they inherited - meaning this was never a personal failing, it was a biological starting point. Preexisting medical conditions and hormonal imbalances can also dysregulate the nervous system in ways that no amount of mindset work will fix on their own.

Psychological Influences


Adverse experiences - whether big-T trauma like a major life event, or little-t trauma like the cumulative weight of chronic stress, difficult relationships, or high-pressure environments - can alter the structure and function of key brain regions including the amygdala, hippocampus, and prefrontal cortex. Over time, this changes the way you perceive and respond to threat, leaving your nervous system calibrated for a level of danger that no longer exists.

Environmental Influences


Your physical surroundings have a direct impact on your nervous system that is often overlooked. Exposure to environmental toxins like black mold, heavy metals, and air pollution can contribute to neuroinflammation and oxidative stress - both of which dysregulate the nervous system at a physiological level and can be significant contributing factors for women who have tried everything else and still feel stuck.

Behavioral Influences


The habits and lifestyle patterns common among high-achieving women - chronic sleep deprivation, poor nutrition, nutrient deficiencies, and reliance on caffeine or alcohol to regulate energy and mood - all push the nervous system toward chronic hyper or hypoarousal over time. These aren't moral failures. They're adaptive strategies that made sense in the short term but are now compounding the very dysregulation that's keeping you stuck.
