I help ambitious women create the level of success and fulfilment they know they’re capable of.
Let me explain…
During trauma, the nervous system adapts to keep us safe through survival responses like fight, flight, freeze, fawn, or flop.
These responses are designed to protect you in moments of perceived danger. But sometimes, the brain’s threat-detection system becomes hypersensitive - confusing everyday experiences for emergency situations and triggering those same survival responses long after they’re needed.
And when that happens repeatedly, we stop just experiencing the patterns… and start becoming them.
- You don’t just fight occasionally - you become someone who's combative and argumentative.
- You don’t just flee occasionally - you become an escapist, constantly cutting and running.
(Or a procrastinator, a people pleaser, a collapser...)
Over time, the survival response becomes your survival identity.
And because identity shapes the way you show up in the world - it directly decreases your capacity for all the things you want most in life.
That's where I come in...
