Hi, I'm Holly - an Occupational Therapist turned nervous system specialist and identity transformation coach, here to help ambitious women move out of survival mode and into the next-level version of themselves.

With over 12 years of clinical experience and more than 11,000 clients served, I've spent my career understanding how the body and mind work together to shape the way we think, feel, and behave - and why so many capable, driven women still feel stuck despite doing everything right.

As an NBCOT-certified Occupational Therapist, I was trained to look at the whole person, not just the symptom - which means we don't work on the surface, we address every factor keeping you in survival mode. I pair that clinical foundation with certifications in life coaching, EFT, NLP, and breathwork, working both top-down (subconscious) and bottom-up (somatic).

Through my proprietary framework, The Reclaim Method™, I help women identify what's been holding them back, shift the patterns at the root, and step into the version of themselves who can actually create the life they want.

Who is it for?

It's for ambitious women who are doing all the "right" things but still feel stuck - anxious, exhausted, scattered, or quietly self-sabotaging despite how capable they are. If you can sense that your own drive is somehow working against you, and you want clarity on what's really going on and how to shift it, this is for you.

I'm not traumatized - is this still for me?

Absolutely. You don't need to have experienced trauma to be stuck in survival mode. A dysregulated nervous system can come from all sorts of places - biological, psychological, environmental, and behavioral - and for high-achieving women, it's often simply the cost of years spent pushing, performing, and holding it all together. This isn't trauma therapy. It's about understanding why your system is stuck on high alert, and learning how to move it out of survival mode and into thriving.

I'm really burned out - will this help with my energy?

It can. Burnout is often what happens when a nervous system that's been running in overdrive finally crashes into shutdown. In your Power Hour, we'll look at what's been depleting you and give you tools to start regulating your system, both in the moment and over time, so you can begin restoring your energy and capacity.
