Hi, I’m Holly - an Occupational Therapist turned Post-Traumatic Growth Coach, here to help ambitious women move out of survival mode and actually move forward.

With over 12 years of clinical experience and more than 10,000 clients served, I’ve spent my career understanding how the nervous system shapes the way we think, feel, and behave - and why so many capable, driven women still feel stuck despite doing “all the right things.”

As an NBCOT-certified Occupational Therapist, I was trained to look at the whole person - not just the symptom - and that’s exactly how I approach this work. I combine that clinical foundation with certifications in life coaching, EFT, NLP, and breathwork to create an integrative approach that works both top-down (subconscious) and bottom-up (somatic).

Through my proprietary framework, The Reclaim Method™, I help women understand their nervous system, regulate it in real time, and begin shifting the patterns that have been holding them back - not by staying in the past, but by moving forward with clarity, capacity, and self-trust.

I know what it feels like to be stuck in cycles that don’t make sense - to know what you want, but feel like something is getting in the way.

And I also know how quickly things can change when you finally understand what’s actually going on - and have the right tools to shift it.
